OPEN ROAD DRIVERS PLAN
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENROLLED DRIVERS
Version 1.3 — Dated 04-17-2025

These General Terms and Conditions (“Master Terms”), together with the Drivers Plan Application and any exhibits, attachments or addenda (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern a driver’s participation in the Open Road Drivers Plan® (“ORDP” or the “Plan”) operated by Multi Service Technology Solutions, Inc. (dba TreviPay).

I. Eligibility, Enrollment, Member Obligations, and Term

A. Eligibility for Membership

1. Must be 18+ years or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

B. Enrollment

1. Enrollment requires submitting the Drivers Plan Application.

2. Membership is effective upon acceptance and payment.

3. Benefits also apply to a legal spouse in the U.S. or Canada.

C. Membership Fee and Obligations

1. Payable monthly, quarterly, or annually. Fees are non-refundable.

2. Members must keep all information up to date.

D. Term and Termination

1. Membership auto-renews unless notice is given.

2. TreviPay may terminate for cause.

3. Members may terminate anytime but are not eligible for refunds.

4. Upon termination, all amounts due are payable immediately.

II. Legal Services Benefits

A. Legal Representation

1. TreviPay connects members with attorneys through its platform.

2. Members may accept or reject attorneys offered.

3. TreviPay does not guarantee attorney outcomes or quality.

B. Reimbursement of Legal Fees (Legal Coverage)

1. Covers reasonable attorney fees (max $5,000 per violation).

2. Must be logged within six months for reimbursement.

3. Court costs, fines, and employer-related legal actions not covered.

C. Covered Violations
Includes:

  • Moving violations

  • Overweight/oversize vehicle issues

  • Manslaughter or vehicular homicide charges

  • Vehicle repair claims (up to $500)

D. Excluded Violations
Includes:

  • DUI

  • Drug/alcohol/firearm possession

  • Driving without a license

  • Hit-and-run

  • Seatbelt and cellphone violations

  • Pre-existing violations

E. Pre-Existing Violations
Covered only for legal representation (not Legal Coverage) for a $200 fee if disclosed at signup.

III. Additional Plan Benefits

A. Bonding Services

  • Up to $10,000 for bail (with limits by state)

  • $1,000 for court appearance bonds

  • Member must repay if bond is forfeited

B. Rewards

  • $1,000 for: stolen vehicle recovery, property theft info, hit-and-run leads

  • Not available to members or their spouses directly

C. $500 Trip Guarantee

  • For incidents >50 miles from home due to accident or theft

  • Covers transportation, lodging, meals (with conditions)

  • Not available in New York

D. Membership Discounts

IV. Driver Referral Program

  • $34.50 bonus per new driver who stays 3+ months

  • No limit to referrals

V. Miscellaneous

  • Program governed by Kansas law

  • Disputes settled via arbitration in Overland Park, KS

  • No attorney-client relationship with TreviPay

  • Privacy and communication policies apply

  • Members must indemnify TreviPay for misuse

  • TreviPay is not a lawyer referral service
